In order to receive referral bonus, your referral must complete a 13-week travel assignment with Clover Health Services
Referral should work 13 weeks and at least 468 hours for 36 hour work weeks
The referred candidate must be a new candidate in Clover Health Services database
Bonus will be paid only to the first original referrer, if a candidate is referred more than once
Only one referral bonus (initial contact) will be paid for two new candidates applying at the same time, referring each other
